Find me under the palms: Punta Cana 2016

I haven’t been everywhere but it’s on my list.

If you know me at all, you know I LOVE a good trip! I’m always up to something, going somewhere. I recently took a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It TOPPED every trip I’ve ever been on previously. Hands down, the prettiest place I’ve ever seen.

The country itself is very impoverished, but the resort (Majestic Elegance) I stayed at was BEAUTIFUL. Once I finally arrived to the resort from the airport (time means nothing in the DR!), I was escorted to my room by my own personal butler, Jorge! He was my go-to man the entire week!

Food, food, and more food…it was always available! I have a love/hate relationship with all inclusive resorts. It’s AMAZING to have endless amounts of food and drinks at your fingertips. However, my figure doesn’t reflect it being so awesome afterwards.

This trip was all about relaxing and soaking up the sun! You could find me on the beach beds practically every day. I went in September so it was a slow weekend for the resort. Therefore, I shared this HUGE resort with only a few people. It was AMAZING!

They had entertainment every day on the beach & usually at nights, too! By the end of the week, I was a regular at the Italian restaurant :). I became friends with 2 of the servers (Braudy & Jenny!) & they made my experience extra special every time I came to eat!
